Are you living a life you love?
Is there some area of your life you long to change?
Maybe you're facing a transition: empty nest, divorce, retirement, job change, a move
Perhaps you have a nagging feeling that you could be doing something more enjoyable with your time or in your work life
You may long to meet a love partner but can't stand to put yourself out there, leaving little chance of that happening
You've squashed the desire to write a book, travel to Greece, learn to dance, teach ESL overseas, or paint
You'd love to be more fit so you can go kayaking with friends
All of these and more are a great fit for coaching.
It’s easy to put off asking yourself what you truly want.
Before you know it, years have gone by.
Maybe you know what you want but you’re stumped about how to get there.
In coaching we look at these questions:
What are your heartfelt desires?
What gives your life meaning?
How are you stuck?
What do you need to change to lead a life you love?
How will you know when that’s happening?
The first step is powerful:
getting clear about what is most important to you
The next step is essential:
identifying small, sweet, doable steps toward your goals
The third step is delightful:
celebrating your progress at each signpost until you reach your destination
Life coaching is transformative. It is results-oriented. It supports you in taking concrete steps toward your goal with clarify, focus, ease, and grace.
About Jill Fischer
After 40 years as a psychotherapist helping people heal and cope with distress, I shifted my focus to supporting people to identify their dreams and move toward them step by step. I became a life coach.
Here’s what I love about coaching:
- I love the focus on possibilities.
- I love supporting people to move beyond their limiting beliefs.
- I love seeing people get excited and hopeful about their lives.
- I love witnessing their growth in confidence in the ability to make goals happen step by step.
I’d love to encourage you on your path to the life you love!
